01. Professors (BPS-21)

Qualification:

Ph.D in relevant field from HEC recognized University / Institution.

Experience:

Fifteen (15) years teaching / research experience( with at least 8 years experience at the post Ph.D level ) in a HEC recognized University or post graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization will be required.

10-years post-Ph.D. teaching /research experience in a recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization. Research Publications: 15 research publications (with at least 05 publications during last five years) in HEC recognized Journals.

02. Associate Professor (BPS-20)

i. English ii. Information Technology/ Computer Science iii. Business Administration. iv. Mass Communication/ Media Studies. v. Education vi. Chemistry vii. Economics viii. Statistics

Qualification:

Ph.D in relevant field from HEC recognized University / Institution.

Experience:

Ten (10) years teaching / research experience (with at least 4 years experience at the post Ph.D level) in HEC recognized University or a post graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization will be required.

05-years post-Ph.D. teaching /research experience in an HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization. Research Publications: 10 Research Publications (with at least 04 publications during last five years) in HEC recognized Journals.

03. Assistant Professor (BPS-19)

Qualification:

Ph.D in relevant field from HEC recognized University / Institution.

No experience is required.

04. Lecturer (BPS-18)

i. English ii. Information Technology/ Computer Science iii. Business Administration. iv. Mass Communication / Media Studies v. Statistics vi. Mathematics viii. Pak- Studies ix_ Islamiyat

vii. Economics x. Education xi. Urdu

Qualification:

M.Phil (First Class) or equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field with no 3rd Division in the academic career from HEC recognized University / Institution.

No experience is required.

Non-Faculty Staff. On contract for 02 years (Extendable)

01 Director Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) (BPS-19)

Ph.D. in any field of Science / Engineering / Social Science from HEC recognized University with 2 years teaching Semi Government organization/ autonomous body/ recognized University.

and / or relevant experience in the relevant field in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in any Government

M.A English / M.Sc. Statistics or B.E preferably in First Class, or equivalent qualifications in any field of Engineering/Science from HEC recognized University with 12 years experience in the relevant field in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in any Government / Semi Government organization/ autonomous body! recognized University.

The candidate must have reasonably good knowledge of the use of computer and communication skills.

02 Director (Planning & Development) (BPS-19)

Post-graduation, in Economics or Statistics, preferably in 1st class or equivalent qualifications and 12 years administrative experience in post equivalent to BPS-17 and above, in a University, Board, College and or Government Department/ Autonomous Organization.

03 Deputy Director Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) (BPS-18)

M.A English / M.Sc. Statistics or B.E preferably in First Class, or equivalent qualifications in any field of Engineering/Science from HEC recognized University with 06 years experience in the relevant field in BPS-17 and above or equivalent in any Government/ Semi Government organization/ autonomous body/ recognized University.

The candidate must have reasonably good knowledge of the use of computer and communication skills.

04 Deputy Director (Finance) (BPS-18)

Post-graduation in Commerce / Finance / Accounting preferably in First Class or equivalent qualifications from HEC recognized University / Institution with six (6) years experience in Audit and Accounts in a post equivalent to BPS-17 and above in a University / Board / College / Government Department / Autonomous Organization / Commercial or Financial Institution / Firm of repute;

B.Com preferably in First Class or equivalent qualifications from HEC recognized University / Institution with ten (10) years experience in Finance, Audit & Accounts in a post equivalent to BPS-17 and above in a University I Institution I Board / College / Government Department / Autonomous Organization / Commercial or Financial Institution / Firm of repute.

05 Assistant Controller of Examinations (BPS-17)

Post-graduation, preferably First Class or equivalent qualifications from HEC recognized University ! Institution with four (04) years administrative and conduct of examinations experience in a post equivalent to BPS-16 and above in a University / Board /Government Department /Autonomous Organization / an Institution of higher learning in related responsibility / Firm of repute.

06 Assistant Director (Finance) (BPS-17)

Post-graduation in Commerce / Finance / Accounting preferably in First Class or equivalent qualifications from HEC recognized University/Institution with four (04) years experience in Accounts in a post equivalent to BPS-16 and above in a University / Board / Government Department / Autonomous Organization / Commercial or Financial Institution I Firm of repute.

B.Com preferably in First Class or equivalent qualifications from HEC recognized University / Institution with six (06) years experience in Accounts in a post equivalent to BPS -16 and above in a University / Board / College / Government Department / Autonomous Organization / Commercial or Financial Institution / Firm of repute.

07 Assistant Registrar Admin(BPS-17)

Post-graduation, preferably First Class or equivalent qualifications from HEC recognized University / Institution with four (04) years administrative and conduct of examinations experience in a post equivalent to BPS-16 and above in a University / Board /Government Department /Autonomous Organization / an Institution of higher learning in related responsibility / Firm of repute.

08 Assistant Librarian

Post-graduation, in Library Science, preferably in First Class or equivalent qualifications from HEC recognized University / Institution with four (04) years experience in Library administration in a post equivalent to BPS-16 and above in a University / Board /College / Government Department /Autonomous Organization / an Institution of higher learning/recognized library.

Postgraduate Diploma in library Science, preferably in First Class from HEC recognized University/ Institution with six (06) years experience in Library administration in a post equivalent to BPS-16 and above in a University / Board /College /Government Department /Autonomous Organization / an Institution of higher learning/recognized library.

INSTRUCTIONS / FURTHER INFORAMTION:

• Candidates applying for the post of Professor and Associate Professor should submit three copies of their bio-data/C.V along with required documents showing details of Research Publications, in triplicate, properly bounded.

• Candidates serving in Government/Semi-Government and autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel accompanied by NOC from the employer and will be responsible for getting themselves relieved properly from their departments. An advance copy of the application(s) must be sent, so as to reach within due date.

• Maximum age limit is 45 years, relaxable in case of highly suitable candidates and Government, Semi Government and Autonomous bodies employees in exceptional cases.

• Age, qualifications and experience shall be calculated/examined as on closing date of submission of applications.

• Candidates applying for more than one post should submit separate application form(s) along with separate bank draft with necessary documents for each post.

• Incomplete applications i.e. without educational, professional and experience certificates, processing fee etc or applications received after the specified date shall not be entertained. The envelope should be marked with the post applied for.
