1. Deputy General Manager (Legal Affairs)

Experienced Legal Professional is required to take a lead role in rendering consistent. high quality legal support on a broad range of subjects and ensure that legal risks to the Company's business activities are proactively identified and, where appropriate, mitigated or minimized In particular, the incumbent will be required to advise on corporate governance, regulatory matters, oil/gas infrastructure projects, licensing and franchising arrangements, real estate transactions, shipping and international trade, procurement matters, banking/financing arrangements, employment/labor law matters and draft/vet a variety of contracts, deeds and other instruments, review new business propositions, structure joint ventures/partnerships and instruct external lawyers for litigation. Additionally, the incumbent will be required to support the implementation of compliance programs and supervise a team of lawyers.
Qualification. Age and Experience
The ideal candidate should have a degree in law from a local or foreign university duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan with minimum 10 years of professional experience and should preferably be an enrolled advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan. The candidate should not be more than 45 years of age.

Experienced Legal Professionals are required to handle legal matters concerning day to day business activities of the Company and provide advisory on regulatory matters as well as corporate, commercial, competition, procurement and employment/labor law matters. The scope of the job would inter alia include drafting and vetting contracts. deeds and other instruments, verification/vetting of title documents of properties acquired by the Company, handling, managing and monitoring civil/criminal/tax litigation and representing the Company before regulatory / quasi-judicial proceedings.
Qualification. Age and Experience
The ideal candidate should have a degree in law from a local or foreign university duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan with minimum 8 years of professional experience and should preferably be an enrolled advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan. The candidate should not be more than 40 years of age.
3. Legal Professional

Experienced professionals are required for support on corporate and legal matters including litigation and advisory in respect of civil, criminal, tax, procurement, service and competition laws. The candidate should have the ability to draft and review different types of agreements including those for procurement and on-sale of different products of the Company. The incumbent should possess excellent communication skills.
Qualification. Age and Experience
The ideal candidate should have a degree in law from a local or foreign university duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan with minimum 2 years of professional experience and should preferably be an enrolled advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan. The candidate should not be more than 35 years of age.
