TEACHING POSITIONS
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for following posts on BS/TTS/Pay Package:
1. Professor (BS-21/TTS) Economics. English. Computer. Science. History, Psychology
Age: 40-50
2. Associate Professor (BS-20/TTS) Economics, English, Electrical Engineeting, Computer Science
Age: 35-50
3. Assistant Professor (BS- 1 9/TTS) English, History, Physics (GASP)
Age: 30-45
4. Lecturer (BS- 18/TTS) Electrical Engineering
Age: 21-35
ADMINISTRATIVE/NON-TEACHING POSITIONS
Applications are invited from suitable candidates for following posts on BS./contract/fixed/pay package:
5. Staff Officer (BS-18)
MA/MBA (16 years of education) with 2nd .division
Age: 30-40
6. Deputy Registrar (BS-18)
MA,'M Sc. (16 years of education) at-least 2nd division / MBA (10 years of education) at-least 13 Grade with 8 years teaching/administrative experience preferably with a Law Degree
Age: 30-40
7 Assistant Registrar (BS-17)
MA MSc (16 years of education) at-least 2nd division with 3 years teaching/ administrative experience
8. Librarian (BS-17)
Master's Degree (16 years of education) in Library and Information Science with at-least 2nd division
INSTRUCTIONS:
1- Please visit HEC Islamabad website (www.hec.gov.pk) for qualification and eligibility criteria for appointment on Teaching Positions in respective subjects/discipline/faculty.
2- For appointment on Professor & Associate Professor, HEC letter No.1-3/A0-(WHECTNQAC-2012015/386, dated 08-07-2015 will be observed for condition of post-PhD experience.
3- For teaching positions., the applicants shall attach list of publications and mention the category i.e. W,X,Y,Z and Impact Factors (if applicable) against each publication.
4- Candidates applying for Electrical Engineering positions must attach PLC registration certificate.
5- Foreign degree holders- must provide equivalence certificate issued by the HEC,
6- The Scrutiny/Shortlisting Committee will consider and evaluate each application according to the eligibility criteria of appointment laid down by the HEC Islamabad, TTS Statues and CCU Service Statues 2005.
7- University reserves the rights to withdraw/not to fill/change any number of post/withhold the appointment or interview against any advertised post without assigning any reason, or may consider a person four appointment in a lower cadre, against the post he/she had applied for.
8- Three Percent (3%) quota for disabled will be observed.
9- Five Percent (5%) quota for minorities will be observed.
10- Applications received through email shall be rejected. The evaluation of the Scrutiny Committee shall be final and only short-listed candidates will be called for interview and no TA/DA will be admissible.
HOW TO APPLY:
• The processing fee shall be submitted to HBL CCU Branch through challan form OR Online in HBLA/C No. 2398-70001616-03 OR Bank-Draft/Demand Draft/Postal Older in favor of "Treasurer at Lahore.
The original bank receipt/draft should be submitted with the application form
• The non-nonrefundable processing fee for Sr. No. 1 to 3 is Rs. 3000/- for Sr. No. 4 to 6 is Rs. 2000 and for Sr. No. 7, 8 is 1000.
• The duly filled-in application (along with copies Of all testimonials, experience certificate(s), CN1C & updated CV shall be submitted or Post to the Registrar Office till 16-04-2018.
• Already in-service candidates (BS/TIS) shall apply through proper channel or attach departmental permission/NOC from their parent department.
• Incomplete applications OR applications received after due date shall not be considered.
