DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (WORKS)
The candidates should be minimum B Sc (Mechanical Engineering) from a reputable HEC / PEC recognized institution with 20 years of experience of which at least the last 5 should be as Head of Department.
They must be thorough, meticulous, loyal and dependable and complete professionals. Must have sound technical knowledge and, preferably, display expertise in operation of machinery and utilities etc. The ideal candidate should possess strong managerial and interpersonal skits: display dash and drive in all his undertakings and have the ability to set realistic goats and consistently strive to achieve them.
Should be a good manager of men and be able to guide and lead a team of dedicated Officers and technicians. Must be energetic, resourceful, result oriented and display excellent skims in project management. The company offers an attractive salary package along with fnnge benefits like bonuses, provident fund, leave, canteen facility etc and a company maintained car.
