Presently having openings for the each division mentioned below in the following territory. In this regard applications are invited for the divisional manager in each division and territory.
Territory:
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad
Positions:
Divisional Manager
Hardware: Ironmongery, Wood, Metal Doors
Electronics: Electronic Access Control, Lodging System, Safe Locks, Main Entrance & Automatic Doors.
Electrical: Switches & Sockets, LED & Other Light Fixtures
Interior: Metal, False Ceiling, Glass & Bi Fold Partitions, Glass Doors, Shower Fittings, Moveable Partitions Villas
Transport: Elevator, Escalator, Travelator, & Building Maintenance Unit.
The applicant should have minimum 10 years of experience shall take independent charge of the division.
The candidate is expected to have adequate experience in handling matters of the related division.
The applicant should be energetic, smart, self motivated, presentable, possess excellent writing and communication skills.
Must be team player & have a commitment to quality, excellence and growth.
Should be a leader and an achiever, willing to serve and work with others & should be result oriented.
QUALIFICATION / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum graduate with 10 years of experience in the same field. Preference will be given to candidates with engineering or architectural background.
2. Applicants must have good academic record.
3. Computer Literate is must.
4. Age limit minimum 40 years but not above 50 years.
5. Good communication and analytical skills in English, Urdu and other territorial language.
6. should be able to correspond independently.
7. Intimate knowledge of above products.
8. Experience in the above mentioned products will be given priority.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To manage & supervise the marketing & sales to target the upcoming projects and ongoing projects in the territory.
2. To ensure that ongoing projects are carried out with the clients's specifications & supplies are completed within the time frame.
3. Ensure cost effective utilization of company resources.
4. Preparation of marketing strategy programmes & resource allocation.
5. To conduct meetings with architects, consultants, project manager & site visit for prospective clients for upcoming and ongoing projects.
6. To meet with customers & contractors regarding programming & other vital issues on project & to raise concerns for upcoming projects prior to commencement.
7. Accurate ordering for timely completion of project without any wastage.
8. Control cost to ensure contracts are carried out within tender / budget.
NOTE:
1. Successful candidates will be offered attractive package.
